Shipping policy

We deliver anywhere in the United States. We will ship your order no later than the next business day, Monday through Thursday. Estimated delivery time on orders is between five and eight business days, but we cannot guarantee delivery time, and are not responsible for post office delays.

You will receive package tracking information. Make sure to be home when the package is scheduled to be delivered, especially if you live in a warm area. If your order is left on the doorstep in direct heat, we will not be responsible for replacing it.

We will make our best to make sure your chocolate arrives in optimal condition. If your chocolate arrives in unsatisfactory condition, contact us immediately at shop@korokorocacao.com and include a photo so we can determine if it warrants replacement.
